Paper Submission Process
PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high quality original, previously unpublished, experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the Conference. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The paper should be in the format strictly as per the Paper Template given below. The papers should be drafted in English with a maximum of Ten (10) pages and minimum of Six (6) pages including figures, tables and references. The paper will be peer reviewed by domain experts of the respective tracks by the Technical Program Committee. Authors should submit the papers through CMT Microsoft. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times; it may lead to cancellation of your paper.
Plagiarism Policy
Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. The conference team will be checking the plagiarism level of all the submitted papers for ensuring the originality of content using iThenticate with an acceptable limit of 10%.

Important: Author Submission Policy
- It is mandatory that only the corresponding author or a co-author, as indicated in the manuscript, submits the paper in the CMT system using the same email address listed in the paper.
- Submissions by third parties or using alternate email addresses are strictly prohibited.
- All author details—including name, department, affiliation, and email ID—must be clearly included both in the paper and in the CMT system at the time of submission.
- The list of authors mentioned in the manuscript and in the CMT system must remain the same throughout the entire process, from initial submission to final registration.
- Alteration of authorship (adding, removing, or changing the order of authors) at any stage—from initial submission to registration—is strictly not allowed.

Publication Information
It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering" series. For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.
